Terms of Use

The website tells you about 7Analytica, a geopolitical intelligence platform that we are building. It is a source of information about our plans. It is not the platform.

There is no sign-in, no account and no paid service. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell you anything, and you cannot buy or use the platform through it.

Descriptions of what 7Analytica will do show our current plans. They may change, and a feature described here may be changed, delayed or never built. “Launching late 2026” is a target and not a promise or a guaranteed date.

When the platform opens, it will have its own terms, which you will be asked to accept before you use it. These Terms will continue to apply to the website.

The waitlist is a way to tell us you are interested and to hear about development and early access. Joining is free. Only your name and email address are required; the rest is optional.

Joining does not create a contract for the supply of anything. We do not promise you a place, a date, a price or early access, and you are not committed to anything by joining.

You must be at least eighteen years old to join. Give us accurate details, and only an email address that is yours or that you are allowed to use.

You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to us (see the Privacy Notice). What we do with what you give us is explained in the Privacy Notice.

We may close, pause or change the waitlist, remove entries that look false, duplicated or abusive, and decide who is invited and when.

You can write to us through the Contact and Collaborate pages. We read what we receive and may reply, but we do not promise to.

Collaboration is at an early stage. We are looking for developers and for people in go-to-market, marketing and storytelling. Payments, where there are any, are small-scale. The scope and the amount must be agreed in writing before any work starts, and voluntary contributions are welcome. We cannot offer large payments or salaries at this stage.

A message, a conversation or a first piece of work does not make anyone an employee, contractor, partner or agent of 7Analytica, and does not create any right to payment, equity or credit. Those exist only if we both sign a written agreement that says so.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information in a first message. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, what you send is not confidential. If you share an idea, you are not giving up ownership of your own work, but you agree that we may be free to build something similar independently, without payment to you.

The maps, timelines, scores, headlines, outlets, regions and reports shown on the website are made-up samples that show an idea. They are labelled as illustrative where they appear. They do not describe a real event, a real news organisation or a live reading, and they are not a result produced by the platform.

Names of places, outlets and people in samples are examples only. Any resemblance to a real report is a coincidence, and nothing in them is a statement about anyone.

The website is general information. It is not legal, financial, investment, security, political or professional advice, and you should not rely on it to make a decision about your safety, money, business or legal position.

7Analytica is being designed to describe the evidence behind reporting and to leave the conclusion to you. Nothing on the website is a statement that a claim, a source or an outlet is true, false, reliable or biased.

You agree not to:

1. (a)break the law or use the website to harm, harass or defraud anyone;
2. (b)submit false, misleading or someone else’s details to the waitlist or to a message;
3. (c)send spam or bulk or automated submissions, or try to get around the limits we set on the waitlist;
4. (d)probe, scan or test the website’s security, or try to gain access to anything you are not meant to reach;
5. (e)interfere with the website, other visitors or our systems, for example by overloading them or introducing malicious code; or
6. (f)scrape the website at scale or copy it in a way that goes beyond ordinary browsing, search indexing and quoting.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at the address in section 17 before you tell anyone else, and give us a reasonable time to fix it.

The website’s text, design, code, graphics, films, logos and the 7Analytica name belong to 7Analytica or its licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with credit to us. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute or use it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Some parts of the website use third-party material under its own licence, for example country flag images under the MIT licence. Those licences continue to apply to that material.

The website is hosted, stored and delivered using Cloudflare services, and these Terms and our Privacy Notice describe how that affects your data. The website may link to other websites, and to email, phone and professional-network addresses, that we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be up, error-free or free of harmful code. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it, including the waitlist and its questions, at any time and without notice.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right that you have by law and that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on anything on it.

The website is free and offers no paid service, so, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for loss arising from using it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice, and what the website stores on your device as set out in our Cookie Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Notice about personal data, the Privacy Notice prevails.

We may update these Terms, for example when the website changes or the platform launches. We will publish the new version on this page with a new version number and effective date. If you keep using the website after that date, you accept the new version. If a change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will try to tell you by email.

These Terms and any dispute connected with the website are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have by law to bring a claim elsewhere.

Please contact us first so that we can try to settle a problem informally.

If a part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. These Terms, with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement about the website between you and us.
